Can I get my order gift wrapped?

  • Yes! We offer gift wrapping!
  • After selecting all the products you are interested in, visit the Gift Supplies page under the Shop by Category menu, select your preferred gift wrap and add to cart.
  • Then click on view cart and fill out the 'Order special instructions' text box, specifying that you'd like your order gift wrapped.
  • We'll make sure your order is beautifully wrapped and ready to gift.

Do you have a physical store?

  • Not yet! We are currently ship out from Lekki 1, Lagos. But sadly can't take any walk in visitors yet

Do you deliver same day?

  • Yes but conditions apply 
  • Same day delivery is available for customers in Lagos who place their orders before 3pm 
  • Same day delivery is not available for customers outside Lagos.
  • Same day delivery is also not always available for customised gift orders and event souvenirs

Can I pay on delivery?

  • No! Due to third party commitments we cannot send out goods without receiving payments

What if I want a refund?

  • You have a right to a refund if your order is Defective, Unsafe, or Unusable (Our Fault) as long as the item is returned within 15 working days of delivery. 
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
    • The item must be returned in its original, sealed packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

What if I want to exchange an item?

  • You can exchange the item but the exchange must processed within 7 calendar days of delivery. You can exchange the item for another item or for store credit

Can I get a discount?

  • Yes! We offer seasonal discounts
